 We have 30 years of experience in the work of  residential
restoration and construction;  From single~wall redwood
bungalows, to the proud Victorians in the Sierra Foothills,  
to Post Moderns in the Hollywood Hills, Ranch Style homes,
and this stately Queen Anne Victorian.
For each project, we study the intention, style, and particular needs
of the building.   We pay  attention to insights illuminated by
modern building technology, and the oversights that inevitably lead
to deterioration and decay. Then we design the fittings, assemble
the proper  artisans and suppliers needed to bring the project to
fruition. We balance all this with economy:
